Dear Resident,

When Hurricane Irma hit, it did a lot of destruction to our park and to a lot of our homes.  Since then we have been lenient in having contractors in the park on Sundays as well as homeowners doing repairs on Sunday as well.  With this said, starting today we are asking all residents and contractors you may have scheduled for a Sunday, or after 5 Monday through Saturday to no longer perform any repair, power washing, etc.  This is in compliance with our Rules:

 G. GENERAL RULES, 6. Outdoor noise producing activities involving maintenance and/or construction is not allowed before 8:00am or after 5:pm Monday through Saturday.  On Sundays and/or Holidays said activities are not allowed at any time.

Now I know with all that said above, and with all the snowbirds coming back, each of the BOD’s has been assigned an area in the park and will be out over the next few weeks to check on every home in the park.  Some of the items we will be checking on are, yard maintenance (including those pretty trees growing out of your gutters), does the house need to be power washed, does your carport have too many items stored on it, are you storing your trash receptacle(s) on your carport or behind your house, what is the status on your hurricane damage repair, etc.?  So please now is the time to tidy up and make your property shine!  All of the above fall under two Rules,

Rule D.  RESIDENT RESPONSIBILITES, 8. Residents are responsible for maintaining the exterior of their mobile home as well as their dock at the marina.  The Board reserves the right to inspect and notify the Resident if their Unit is not maintained in an acceptable manner (i.e. washing, painting, trimming, etc.)

F. MOBILE HOME SITES, 5.  Residents may not store any items around their mobile home or in their carports.  Trash receptacles must be stored in the mobile home utility sheds.
