GATE CARD POLICY

Requested that the Front Gate Card Policy be added to the minutes:

Residents owners:

One (1) gate card at initial purchase at n/c

One (1) additional gate card may be purchased for $30 One (1) gate remote may be purchased for $35

Maximum # of gate devices is limited to three (3) per house

Renters of resident owners:

One (1) gate card may be issued with a $100 refundable deposit upon return to the office in good working condition. One (1) additional gate card may be issued with an additional $100 refundable deposit upon return to the office in good working condition.

Maximum # of gate cards issued to renters of resident owners May not exceed two (2).
