Rules Committees

Rules & Regulations Committee: A group of LRV residents have formed a Committee to review the Lake Region Village Rules & Regulations. This committee will review these rules with the intent of clarifying the vagueness of some rules and to strengthen other rules. They will be working through May, June and July to work out details. Once completed, they will present their findings, changes and suggestions to the Board of Directors for review. The Board and committee members will put the final touches on the rules before being released to the residents for their comments.

Rules Enforcement Committee:
The Rules Enforcement Committee has been active during May and will continue to be active throughout the Summer. The current Rules will continue to be enforced. This committee has the option to recommend fines of up to $1,000 to the board. The board then collects
those fines as outlined in the LRV Rules.

Park Cleanup /Standards Committee:
A Committee was formed a few months ago to bring attention to our home owners that there is a standard to which all homes/lots must be maintained whether you are here or not. The Committee will look for such items as:
Dirt or mold on houses, driveways in need of cleaning and roof trim in need of attention
Weeds in gardens, lawns, flower beds and driveway,
Rain gutters with "trees" growing out of them,
Clutter around the lot.
Dead trees & branches,
Long Grass or lawns where there are more weeds than grass
Overgrown shrubs and plants.
All are possible problems because of the Florida summer rains and heat Every lot written up by one of these committee members will be checked by others to insure a standard within that committee. Committee members will remain anonymous even within the committee itself to prevent retaliations similar to what happened a few years ago. If two or more committee members agree on the violations, you will receive a letter with instructions on what to do and when to have it done by. Should you have questions regarding the letter you received, please reply via email to LRv.improvements@gmail.com . To insure there is no misinterpretation or misunderstandings please use email, USPS mail or a "Concern Form" to respond.
