Kim Eickelschulte, New Residents: There were no new residents present for Kim to introduce.
Visitors: There were no visitors today.
Shari Haines, Serendipity: Today we can thank Jim & Dianne Hunter for our donuts and muffins in celebration of their 50th wedding anniversary on August 18th. And when someone pays for the pastries, the Social Club provides the coffee and tea.
My notes this morning are completely blank. Good news!! That means I have no health concern or deaths this morning to report. I did get a text from Diana Gerros, Badger, this morning. She says “Good Morning, we are not able to attend coffee today. Jack’s back is out. We spent Wednesday at the hospital and today we are scheduling appointment for a specialist and an MRI. We did, however, want to let everyone know our promoter, Ms. Dudley, contacted us and said she has decided to wait another year for the Showcase. So, there will be no Showcase in January, 2023. Please share this information with our LRV family.”

Happiness is not the absence of problems,
But the ability to deal with them
