I had an email from Joan London, Sycamore.  She recently returned to Wisconsin to be with her father who is under hospice care. She emailed me yesterday that her Dad passed.  She and her brother were both there to say goodbye.  Also, our sympathy to Mona Lawson, Badger, on the passing of her mother in West Virginia.  Keep these folks in your thought and prayers.

I also got an email yesterday from Marsha Brennan. She wanted me to let you know her mom “Pauline Stealy (PJ), 96, passed on March 24th.  George and Pauline after years of renting in Lake Region purchased a home at 507 Sycamore in 1989   After George passed in 2005, PJ continued being a snowbird until 2017. They both enjoyed many of the activities.  Mom loved hearing the email news up until one week before her passing.  She loved sitting on her porch on Sycamore and watching the sunset.”

Fran & Will Dick were own their way north when Fran fell at a rest area.  She broke her shoulder.  Their kids had them fly the rest of the way home and came and got their car.

The only health concern I have to report this morning is Beth Mikolayek, Oak Trail, has hip replacement surgery yesterday in Orlando and Mike reports she is doing well.  Also Jackie Nelson, Blue Grass, will have knee replacement surgery tomorrow am.  Please keep all these friends and neighbors (former residents) in your thoughts and prayers.

Bill and Carol Davis, Keystone, granddaughter, Kenzie Davis attends Clay High School in Jacksonville, IL.  She will be signing a letter for cheerleading at the University of Southern Florida (UFS).  Kenzie has been on the varsity cheerleading team for 4 years and the captain of the team.  Kenzie’s high school team just finished 3rd in the nation.  She will be joining USF who has won the National Cheerleading Championship the last two years.  Kenzie is on the National Honor Society; has a 4.0 gpa; and 4.57 weighted grade point average.  She will be studying to be a psychiatrist at USF
