Lanny announced Bandolier Show will be Sunday, March 5 at 7 pm; Friday night at the Hammock is the “Pickleball Pizza”; and this afternoon at the Pateo the Hamjammers will be playing.
Lanny clarified what is being done with the money that has been collected by the Hamjammers when they perform. They do not charge to entertain you and people have been giving generously from their hearts and it is appreciated. All the money they have raised has gone to equipment (i.e., sound board, 3 miles of cables) and the rest of the money is going to our project at the Hammock. They plan to install a pad down there so that they can they can eventually have a band shell with a temporary cover so that they can play and entertain us down there. All the money is going to things in the part; they do not want money for themselves. A lot of the equipment has been donated by Nick Romanow and he does not want to be reimbursed. All the money is staying in the Park.
