Update 3/24/2022 Brenda Rollins, Secretary of the LRV Board of Directors:  We are getting close to going live with Spectrum.  Brenda gave us the number of Spectrum Bulk Services (833-697-7328). 

 

After April this is the number you will call if you have any questions regarding your cable or internet service.  When you call that number and they do not have your address (mostly in the 500’s and 600’s), they just have not had time to put your info in.  Be patient and call again.  Some residents are able to call right now and be switch over to the new service and they will send you boxes and setting up appointments to come out and set up homes that have not had services before. 

 

If you have been informed that they will charge you $32 to have this service, you should not be charged that; do not pay that day.  However, if want them to set up your boxes and your passwords, you may want to pay the $32.  The free service is technically only for getting the wires to your home. 

 

Cloud DVR is through the internet only.  You will have to have a “smart” TV, Roku, or Fire Stick in order to utilize the Cloud DVR. 

 

Post cards should be coming next week.  Brenda suggested that you will need to know your billing cycle.   Current customers may have to pay for part of April on existing services depending on your billing cycle as well as $55 to LRV.
