I am so glad that January is behind us and we are on to February. It has been a very cold January (some say one of the coldest on record). But February is here and the sun has come out nice and warm. Our son, Scott and his wife were here last week. They wanted a little break from the Illinois winter (I am sorry it didn’t work out very good for them). They went back on Tuesday evening (we did have a great day at Disney Springs before their flight). They got home just has mother nature was dumping 9-12 inches of snow on them and they are supposed to get another 10 inches today. So maybe they did get a break from the Illinois winter.
Doug and Dolly on Pelican are ill. They are so busy here in the park. I miss seeing them out mowing and trimming yards. Keep Doug and Dolly in your prayers this week.
Now I need to retrack some information I gave you a couple of weeks ago. I had an email from Lillian Jedson formerly on Keystone. She informed me that I was mistaken when I reported the death of Bob Metzger (a former resident on Sunflower). He is definitely alive and well and living at River’s Edge in Lake Wales. I am going to have to check my sources better when reporting on former residents.

It will have a phone number and webpage for you to download the installation, how to turn everything in, hook everything up. If you do not have boxes and modems now, you will take that card to a Spectrum outlet (Auburndale or Posner Park) to secure your items. There are numbers on these boxes that as only for your address; therefore, you cannot take them back north with you. If you change homes, we will need to inform Spectrum. If you want a copy of your contract after the Board has signed it, you can stop up at the Office in March to secure a copy. Additional services are between you and Spectrum directly.
