The Board manages the financial affairs and operations of Lake Region Village, creates an annual budget, establishes rules and regulations and maintains the grounds and facilities as authorized in the governing documents of the association.

 

The Social Club coordinates social activities and club events, schedules the use of the clubhouse, maintains kitchen supplies, sponsors the Thursday morning coffee each week, provides name tags for new residents and sponsors various village events. The Social Club Enhancement Committee runs the 50-50 ticket sales and drawing at coffee. The proceeds of the drawings and other events usually exceed $5000 each year and are used for improvements in the village. The annual membership fee is $5.00.
